Summary
Working close to customers, I kept seeing the same need return: monitoring HVAC systems and catching deviations before they became problems. Each time it was solved again, from scratch, for that customer. Instead of solving it one more time, I developed a reusable monitoring and deviation-management capability — packaged so it could be deployed consistently across customer systems and sold through the market organisation.
