Product learnings

Behaviour-change products need concrete, measurable and understandable goals.

Goal ownership should be clear: user-defined, system-recommended or collaborative.

Users need explicit feedback when goals are achieved.

Responsible design should consider wider inclusion questions in addition to privacy and ethics.

Product loop

  1. Set Goal
  2. Monitor
  3. Interpret
  4. Feedback
  5. Reflect
  6. Adapt Behaviour

My contribution

My contribution: to be added. This was a team project, and the concept is an adaptive wellbeing service concept — not a production AI model.
