Explored how AI and existing operational data from building systems could transform complex SCADA/BMS information into understandable insights and decision support for facility managers and operators.

Building systems contain large amounts of alarms, trends, operational data and technical knowledge, but extracting useful insight can require significant specialist expertise.

Reflection

The Innovation Management work established the opportunity and problem framing; the product-management specialisation turned it into a structured product case. Two stages of the same concept, not two separate projects.
